Arsenal Protective Systems is a private operational service built and staffed to national-security standards. Our operators are drawn from senior ranks of police, military, and intelligence services — protective operations, major crime, national security, and covert investigation.
We do not hold police powers. What we hold is the tradecraft, the planning discipline, and the operational culture of the organisations our people came from, applied under civilian legal authority and to the standards of proof and conduct that come with it.
Engagements begin with scoping and legal review, and end with a documented after-action review. In between, they are planned, briefed, executed, and debriefed the way serious protective work has always been done.
Every tasking begins with defined objectives, an agreed scope, and legal review before any operator deploys.
Operations follow a professional operational cycle. Nothing improvised, nothing undocumented.
Secure and tailored to purpose — executive, operational, or evidentiary. Written to be usable by counsel, a board, or an insurer.
Every significant deployment and investigation is reviewed on completion. Findings feed back into the next engagement.
Authority and limits
Arsenal operates as a private entity under civilian legal authority. We do not exercise police powers, conduct unauthorised electronic surveillance, or engage in any activity that would be unlawful for a private organisation.
Licensing and compliance
All activity remains strictly within Canadian law, provincial licensing requirements including PSISA and its equivalents, and professional codes of conduct.
Where we decline
Taskings that cannot be conducted lawfully are declined. Where a matter belongs with police, we say so — and support the client through the referral.
